We have stayed here twice to have medical procedures at Stanford. It is a nice location in a wonderful neighborhood of Los Gatos. It is walking distance to many stores and good restaurants. I gave 4 stars for location only because it is near the freeway. I had no problems sleeping. The young lady at the front desk is excellent. She is friendly , easy to talk to and attentive. She is the face you want representing your business. Whatever they are paying her it’s not enough. 6 starts for her. When we return for potential future procedures it’s the Toll House Hotel for us.

Just got back from a quick trip to Los Gatos and stayed at the hotel on Santa Cruz Avenue. It was really lovely – the common areas were beautifully done. Sharice at the front desk was fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, which is a big plus. Honestly, the whole place felt really welcoming and quiet, a nice escape. Would definitely recommend!

My entire family stayed at the Los Gatos Inn for my daughter’s Nestledowm based wedding. Hair and makeup at 5 AM! I had to be near her. Fantastic location to shopping and hiking.

Okay, so I just spent a night at the hotel on Santa Cruz Avenue in Los Gatos. It was a really nice location, super convenient. The staff were genuinely lovely – especially Sharice at the front desk, she was fantastic. My room was clean and spacious, though the furniture felt a little dated. Parking was easy, which is always a plus. It wasn’t crazy busy, which I appreciated. I’d maybe suggest a little update to the lobby furniture, but overall, a solid stay!

Love the location. Clean rooms and comfortable bed and pillows. The room was small but perfect for our one night stay. The only complaint would be that there wasn't anyone available at checkout and to get a receipt they asked you to write your email address on the key card envelope. I didn't have a pen and there wasn't one at the front desk. Otherwise we had a lovely time.

We stayed here overnight to see the town, was very happy with the hotel.. a perfect choice.. would stay again! Restaurant / Tavern Inn sorry never again, will go down town. I edited this review seperate from the Tavern restaurant here, even though the restaurant is in the hotel.. I didn't want the two reviews affect one on another

Stayed here, April 3, 2026. Great hotel. Duke, at the front desk, was exceptional. He was very friendly and very communicative. He made the check-in process very smooth and answered all of our questions. He even gave us great advice for where to go in the morning. Five star just to him! Would definitely come back to this great hotel.

I have been staying in this hotel many times in the last 12 years for business travels. I love the atmosphere and the location, in Los Gatos downtown. After the recent restructuring the rooms are excellent, the bed is very comfortable and the A/C is now much less noisy vs past. However, I would prefer a full shower in the bathroom vs a bathtub. Improvements: - the indoor gym is small - the restaurant does not operate 7/7 and there is no breakfast service (only coffee service).
